Start your facial exercise routine by lifting your arms and legs into the air. This will stretch your organs, and give you energy. This is a great way to release hormones and increase happiness.
When you are ready, go to the bathroom and begin your routine. Before you begin the exercises, wash your hands and use a cleanser on your face. First, squeeze the double-chin area and pinch your neck to increase blood flow. Then, using your middle and index fingers, create a hook shape and move from your center of the face to your ears.
