That a grand jury indicted Bryan Kohberger Wednesday for the murder of four University of Idaho Students in November 2022.
Kohberger will appear in Moscow, Idaho to be arraigned and intends to enter a plea. He will appear to be arraigned in Moscow, Idaho and intends enter a guilty plea, , according to, ABC News.
ABC News reported that the four students were stabbed in an off campus residence in November 2022. Kohberger, 28, a Washington State University Ph.D. Student who studied criminal justice, criminology and was arrested in Pennsylvania at his parents’ house in December, after his DNA and car were connected with the crime scene.
ABC News reports that he was extradited from Idaho to Idaho in January.
ABC News reports that two roommates were able to survive the incident. A 911 call was placed reporting an unconscious individual. ABC News reports that one roommate saw a person wearing a mask in the house. Neither are suspects.
When the police arrested the suspect they found a black face mask, a pistol and knives, according to search warrant documents.
